Motor Insurance Coverage

  1. Compulsory Third-Party Liability (CTPL)

Covers your liability to a third party whenever accident occurs involving a motor vehicle.

Motor vehicle owners of private car, commercial vehicle and public utility vehicle are required to purchase CTPL insurance prior to a LTO renewal of vehicle’s registration (according to the Insurance Code of the Philippines).

A policy covering all risks with exclusions named in the contract

  1. Own Damage and Theft – Protection against damage to the vehicle
  2. Excess Third Party Liability – Bodily Injury / Death – covers liability incurred beyond the PHP 100,000.00 cover of CTPL
  3. Excess Third Party Liability – Property Damage – protection against property damage liability.
  4. Extensions to Comprehensive Coverage
  5. Acts of Nature Cover – Protects your vehicle against damage due to flood, typhoon, hurricane, earthquake, volcanic eruption, and other natural disasters
  6. Accident insurance for Passengers –Covers personal accident insurance for passengers and the driver of the vehicle.
  7. Loss of use – Reimbursement for actual consequential transportation expenses resulted from vehicular accident.
  8. Personal Effects – Covers vehicular accident-related loss of or damage to personal effects.
  9. Pet Injury Coverage – Covers vehicular accident-related injury/death of pets.
